We are super excited to present the 2nd annual SUYS - A Festival of Short Films. We are starting out with a bang with the Opening Gala at The Plaza Theatre by presenting famed shorts artist and animator Emily Hubley's Alberta Premiere of her debut feature film, The Toe Tactic with music by Yo La Tengo. This event is a celebration of achievement and potential for short film artists.
 
Emily Hubley is a seasoned short film artist and animator for over 20 years, The Toe Tactic is her debut feature length film. As Artistic Director of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Hubley's whimsical signature style and honest narrative are represented throughout the film.
